- Print a copy of 2012 Membership Application (Click Here) and Rules & Regulations (Click Here)
- Complete 2012 Membership Application (Both parents/guardian signature required-If applicable)
- Read and sign Rules and Regulations form (Both parents/guardian signature required-If applicable)
- Deposit required: $150.00 for Family, Single Parent Family & Couple Memberships; $100.00 for all other Memberships.
- Make check payable to: Howell Pointe Swim Club, LLC. (See application for membership costs.)
Upon completion, mail the above items to:
